French President Calls Terror in Paris an 'Act of War'

At least 129 people were killed in six coordinated attacks Friday night in the French capital. Islamic State claimed responsibility. More than 350 people were also wounded in the violence. Many are in critical condition. President Hollande says France will hunt down the attackers.
